We do not market our website to children 13 years or younger. In fact, we truly market our website to adults only, and furthermore to lovers of trees.
This website includes various entry forms such as tree submission forms, contest entry forms and email signup forms. We collect the bear minimum information necessary to conduct the type of business required. Personal information we collect includes full name, email address and potentially phone number and postal address. In cases of tree submissions that take place on private property, we may collect the information of the property owner (for example, a property release form) for legal purposes only. Information about personal information published on our site is included in our terms and conditions page.
This website uses third party organizations for the sole purpose of technical integration in order to collect information. These organizations include Cognito Forms, Mail Chimp, Google Suite (Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, etc.).
